The Tcl Language

This is a language reference manual for Tcl. We provide it for readers unfamiliar with Tcl who are interested in using it to extend the AOLserver. It is a partial reference manual, but contains all that you need to get started using Tcl. For more complete information on using Tcl, please refer to the list of recommended books on page 1.

The contents of this section are a subset of the Unix Manual pages for Tcl, developed at University of California, Berkeley. The University gives permission for Tcl and its manual pages to be freely distributed, as long as the following notice appears.
